cnMaestro X Assurance is an AI-based advanced troubleshooting and analytics solution that helps IT administrators improve the end-user experience on their networks. X Assurance is initially available as a free trial to all X customers in the cloud. Starting in Q1’2024, it will require a paid subscription.
X Assurance uses the power of Artificial Intelligence to analyze client connections and related data to detect issues and failures. It discovers failure and success patterns across many client connections, and it identifies root causes when problems occur. Performance benchmarks (KPIs) are established by collecting and analyzing data to provide contextual failure analysis. Alerts and actions are generated based on predefined thresholds.
