Morgan joined Cambium Networks in August 2023 and is a member of the Board of Directors. He brings 30+ years of experience in the information and communications technology industries. He most recently served as President of Honeywell’s Personal Protection Equipment business. Previously, Morgan was at CommScope where roles included EVP, Broadband Market Segment, CTO and COO.
Over his career, Morgan has held executive positions in business development, research and development, product line management, operations and engineering spanning a variety of communications technologies including wireless communications and fiber broadband networks. He started his career as a hardware development engineer for Motorola wireless base stations.
His global career includes postings in the US and China while always keeping the customer as his strategic focus. As a lifelong tinkerer, he is always willing to experiment with technologies or processes. Morgan believes leadership starts with trust which comes from integrity which cannot exist without compassion and must be demonstrated before it can be reciprocated.
Morgan received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
